Juice intake: 3 green juices, 3 carrot based juices, and one master cleanse (total of about 7 quarts)
I am getting a good variety of vegetables in my juices. Today I consumed red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, swiss chard, kale, Italian parsley, red and green cabbage, carrots, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, and green apples.
I had fairly good energy today and felt well overall, although I am still feeling some weakness in my legs.
